I’m giving my best friend a bridal shower and before I even got started I sat down and made a list of all the things I needed to buy for the party. At the top of the list was getting a graduation party invitation. I checked out what the Internet had to offer because I don’t really like the hassle of shopping from store to store. That was the right thing to do. The options I had were staggering, and the cost was very low. Some of the deals were just incredible. The bridal shower invitations were really nice with silver writing on the front and pearl embossed borders. They had all kinds of invitation cards, from general party invitations to specific ones, like party invitations.
There were some great little accessories for my shower too, like place card holders for all the little tables I had set up. The wedding guest book was another present I purchased; it would help the couple keep good records of who gave them which gifts. One style of place card holders caught my fancy. Pink lilies adorned the place cards I picked out, and each guest received brightly-wrapped candies in a small plastic purse. They looked so nice on the party tables along with the decorations and party favors I chose for everyone. You should see all the cute litte favor boxes you can get for just about any ocassion you are planning on celebrating. Flower decorations were on the containers I picked out, and I put them all on a serving dish on the table that held the gifts. It was a good-looking way to set it up, and everyone there just came by and grabbed a gift. I picked out a few kinckknacks as awards for winning the bridal shower activities we were going to play, and the thank you presents were sets that had everything you’d need to give a manicure. Some of the other odds and ends I used for door prizes were adorable little bath soaps, make-up mirrors, and novelty keychains.
Party game suggestions abound on the Internet. In the the game ‘Take It Off,’ each person put a bag over their head and they have to take off one piece of clothing when the leader of the game tells them to, and it doesn’t occur to all of the women to take of the bag; it’s very amusing to watch. It’s comical to watch that game unfold, and it’s a good way to see just how smart your friends are. There are other mirthful games that we did, like bridal bingo. Looking online saved me a ton of money and exposed me to a lot of options I, otherwise, wouldn’t have known anything about. I made out alright purchasing my favors and invitations from them. Not only did I get high quality accessories, but they didn’t cost me half of what I had expected to pay for it all, and there were so many options to choose from. Since the website also sold wedding invitations and favors, I let my friend who was about to get married know about it, since I was sure she could use a wide selection to pick from. So, maybe ordering her accessories and reception supplies from here will help her out in the planning and the finances. I know it helped to make this bridal shower a success. We all had a super time and all my favors and other accessories really impressed my guests. Now that the party is over, I’m filling out the guest thank you cards thanking them for attending. Which, by the way, I also ordered online. Now I have to go back online because I’m helping my friend plan her sons’ birthday party and they have quite a bit to offer there too.
